This Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) brand was already well respected offline, with years of clinical experience and a loyal patient base. However, its digital presence didn’t yet reflect the depth of expertise behind the brand.
When we began working together, their online channels were fragmented. The website functioned mainly as an information hub, social media lacked a clear direction, and the YouTube channel — while promising — had plateaued at around 10,000 subscribers. Social media channels reinforced this ecosystem by amplifying key messages, repurposing long-form content, and maintaining consistent brand communication. SEO and SEM further strengthened visibility, ensuring the brand was discoverable at key moments of user intent.
